1- All the pieces you have purchased from Bisan Gold, before they are shipped to the customer, during the shipping process, and when the customer (buyer) receives them, have special Bisan Gold tags or stickers. This is known and agreed to by the buyer before completing the purchase. Once any of these tags or stickers are cut, damaged, or tampered with, the exchange policy is considered void for this deal and all its purchases.
2- If you receive an unwanted product, or if the product you received is damaged or defective, or if you simply wish to exchange the product for any reason, you can return the product within one day and exchange the product(s) by reshipping it within a day from the date you received the product, as documented in the receipt papers at the shipping company. You can do this by requesting a product return/payments on our website.
3- Returns are only in case of a manufacturing defect and exchange within one day only after the buyer receives the shipment. We will not accept any exchanges and Bisan Gold Jewelers has decided that there is one or more reasons preventing its exchange, no product that has been requested to be modified can be exchanged.
4- In case of exchange, your new purchases must be of the same value as the replaced pieces or more, and the buyer will pay an additional 2% of the value of the purchases, which are administrative expenses for replacing the pieces to be replaced in each exchange process, provided that the number of exchange times allowed at Bisan Gold is only once, and the exchange process will not be calculated if any technical defects or modifications are found in the purchased pieces or in case of sending pieces from Bisan Gold to the buyer that were not agreed upon.
5- In case the customer ships purchases to, and for the purpose of exchange and we find in it any of the reasons that cancel the exchange process (mentioned above) or other reasons not mentioned caused by the buyer, it will be reshipped to the customer again after notifying him of that and after he pays the shipping costs and administrative expenses, which amount to 2% of the purchases.
6- *Once we have finished inspecting the returns and approving their return, the (credit intermediary) will be notified to refund the price you paid for this product (these products) to the account paid from Bisan Gold, excluding any applicable taxes or import fees, if any, and the initial delivery fees.
7- *The amount will not be refunded in cash to the customer by Bisan Gold for health reasons, and no purchases will be replaced, part of which may have pierced a body member (earring and crisis (nose and navel and lips)…..etc.
8- In case the order is canceled before shipping, the full costs will be deducted from administrative fees amounting to 2% of the order value and in addition to deducting payment method fees (Tabby – Tamara – Spoti – Mada – Visa – Apple Pay) amounting to 2% of the order value + 1 riyal + tax this amount and the amount is returned within 14 working days.
9- In case there is a pricing error for the product, it is the right of the store management to cancel the order without referring to the customer with a full refund to the customer.
10- In case the product is not available in stock, the order will be canceled without referring to the customer with a full refund to the customer.
11- Upon receiving the product, make sure of the required size directly, in case of receiving a different size, you can communicate directly with customer service for exchange within one day only after the buyer receives the shipment.
12- Bisan Gold is not responsible for any delay in the delivery process during holidays and seasons.
13- The fall of gemstones and stones does not give the customer the right to exchange and return.
14- The exchange period begins as soon as the piece is available for delivery by the shipping company, whether it has arrived at the shipping company branch or attempted to deliver it by the delegate. Delay in receiving the piece by the customer does not allow the customer to extend the return and exchange period.
When delivery is made, you will be asked to sign electronically or sign a copy of the invoice, and this signature serves as confirmation that you have received the products in full as shown on the invoice. If you are not present at the specified address, we will deliver the order to anyone present at this address and their signature on the invoice electronically above the invoice copy, and when anyone present at the address signs the delivery request, it is considered that the customer has received the items on the invoice. If we arrive at the address specified by you and we are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule another time to deliver the order. The company is not responsible for any order that has not been delivered within 30 days of the order date.
